Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully. Your individual loan offer and agreement set the terms that apply to a specific facility.
About Gifi
Gifi is the lending and credit solutions arm of Givian Finance Ltd. These website Terms apply to your use of getgifi.com and related public website content.
Eligibility
Applicants must meet applicable legal, identity verification and lending requirements. Eligibility is assessed for each application and is not guaranteed by visiting the website or submitting a request.
Applications & Verification
You must provide accurate, complete and current information and cooperate with reasonable identity and application verification. Further information may be requested as part of an assessment.
Loan Offers
An application does not guarantee approval. Gifi may approve a requested amount, offer a different amount or terms, request further information or security, or decline an application. A facility is not available until an offer is accepted and required steps are completed.
Interest, Fees & Charges
Applicable interest, the Admin Fee, Insurance Fee, repayment amount and total cost will be shown in your individual offer before acceptance. The individual offer and agreement set the amounts applicable to your facility.
Insurance
An Insurance Fee does not itself remove a borrower’s obligation to repay. Any insurance cover and its conditions are governed by the applicable policy and facility documents.
Repayment & Direct Debit Mandate
You may make payments through your Gifi account. A Direct Debit Mandate may also be used for scheduled or secondary collection, according to the repayment arrangement you accept.
Early Settlement
You may request to settle a facility before the end of its agreed repayment period. An early-settlement calculation will apply, and Gifi will provide the amount required to fully settle the outstanding facility.
Late or Missed Repayments
Amounts remain due according to your facility terms. If you believe you may have difficulty making a payment, contact Gifi as early as possible. Appropriate recovery steps may be taken as permitted by the agreement and applicable requirements.
Collateral & Other Security
Additional security may be requested after assessment where appropriate and will be explained in the applicable offer or facility documents. Collateral is not stated as a standard requirement for every loan.
Customer Responsibilities
Keep your application and contact information accurate, protect your account credentials, review your offer before accepting it and make repayments in accordance with your individual agreement.
Privacy & Personal Data
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Gifi Privacy Policy, including processing for identity verification, assessment, account servicing, repayment and legal requirements.
Electronic Communications
You may receive application, account and service communications electronically using contact details you provide. Keep your email address and phone number current so we can reach you.
Digital Platform Use
Do not misuse or interfere with the website or customer platform, attempt unauthorised access, or use the services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Third-Party Service Providers
Some application, verification, communication or payment functions may be provided by third parties. Their terms and privacy notices may also apply to services they provide.
